Every month, we explore one theme that helps you grow as a strategic, confident, purpose-driven creative strategist. With practical challenges to push you forward, not just more theory.
Monthly live workshops
Learn by doing with three live workshops per quarter. Build your skills and confidence by applying strategic frameworks to real-world challenges, from facilitation and research to behavior change and confidently selling your strategic thinking. Our workshops are hands-on, output-driven, and rooted in real-world work. I demonstrate, we practise in smaller break-out rooms and we role-play.

Live workshops will be held on Thursdays at 5pm CET for 90 minutes.
Group coaching calls
Welcome to the hot seat, with three group coaching sessions per quarter. Bring your questions, challenges, or client dilemmas to the table. All levels of questions are welcome. No gate-keeping here. Get direct feedback from Anneli and support from fellow rebels, so you’re never stuck or alone.

Group Coaching calls will be held on Thursdays at 5pm CET for 90 minutes.
Guest expert sessions
Learn from world-class practitioners across branding, sustainability, psychology, storytelling, and more. Each guest session is carefully curated to spark ideas and keep your motivation high.
Implementation Sessions
Three dedicated working sessions per quarter to help you put your ideas into action. These are hands-on hours to build, write, and create, with support and accountability from both Anneli and your peers.

Implementation sessions will be held on Thursdays at 5pm CET for 2 hours.
Behind-the-scenes from real client work
Get a front-row seat to how Anneli works with brands in the real world. Learn how strategy is applied, facilitated, and sold, without the fluff. There are many coaches out there, but Anneli’s 30 years of experience in marketing, branding and sales gives her a well-rounded framework you won’t get anywhere else.
Quarterly brand strategy sessions
Every 90 days, we reset and refocus. These quarterly sessions mark the start of each new bootcamp cycle, where you'll assess your progress, set fresh goals, and align your focus for the next quarter. These sessions keep your strategy evolving as your business grows.

You’ll join a live strategic planning session led by Anneli, acting as your personal brand and marketing strategist, helping you set clear goals for the next quarter.

You’ll also complete a guided self-assessment to track your starting point and progress. You'll leave each session with a focused brand-building roadmap so you can take action with confidence.

Strategy sessions will be held on Tuesdays at 5pm CET for 3 hours.

Once a year, we’ll gather for a multi-day in-person experience (event included in your membership- you just cover travel and lodging). Plus, we’ll host casual meetups when Anneli travels for speaking or workshops.

Anneli Hansson

Anneli Hansson is a brand strategist, design thinker, and creative firestarter with 25+ years of experience across marketing, sales, and brand leadership.

She has sold creative services since the ’90s, pitched projects over $100K, and led $6M+ marketing budgets as Corporate Brand & Marketing Manager at Lantmännen, where her work earned Sweden’s #1 Sustainable Brand (twice) and the Signum Prize for long-term brand building.

She’s worked on both sides of the table. Whether it's pitching and winning big ideas, evaluating agency proposals or writing procurement processes, she knows exactly what makes clients say yes.

With a degree in Marketing Strategy from Berghs School of Communication and further studies in Design & Innovation Strategy, Anneli has collaborated with brands like Levi’s, Coca-Cola, Volvo, Lidl, and Polaroid. As a certified coach, she’s also trained over 70 startups through the EU-funded Matlust program with Södertälje Science Park and KTH.

Her mix of strategic depth, sharp intuition, and squirrel-brain creativity has made her a go-to mentor for creatives who are ready to stop waiting for permission and start leading change.
